Evenings were spent double-checking she hadn’t missed anything. It worked… but it wasn’t sustainable.
She also wanted to sell her professional hair products online, but didn’t yet have a system that allowed her to do that confidently and professionally.

What We Built
We created a streamlined digital setup designed around how she actually works day-to-day.
First, we built her a modern website that not only reflects her brand and expertise, but also allows her to sell products directly online. This means she can now generate income even when she’s not physically with a client. Her website works in the background, 24/7.
Next, we replaced the back-and-forth text booking process with a personalised online booking system. Clients can now choose their service, select a time that suits them, and secure their appointment themselves. The booking automatically syncs to her calendar — no manual checking required.
Deposits can be taken at the time of booking, which protects her time and reduces last-minute cancellations. Clients receive automated reminders before their appointments, significantly lowering no-shows.
We also integrated card payments through her phone using our app, so she can take payments easily and professionally at the end of appointments. Every payment is tracked in one place.
Finally, we implemented simple income and expense tracking so she can clearly see whether she’s profitable — without spreadsheets or guesswork.
